Grief Rambles

Grief Rambles – A gentle walk for those navigating loss

Grief Rambles is a gentle, informal walk designed for those experiencing loss, whether recent or long ago

Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Grief Rambles is a gentle, informal walk designed for those experiencing loss, whether recent or long ago. There’s no pressure to share or explain; just a space to be outside, move, and connect with others who understand.

We’ll walk at a steady, relaxed pace along the rail trail, pausing when needed and letting the conversation (or companionable silence) unfold naturally.

Information kiosk with trail maps and notices under a wooden roof, surrounded by trees and gravel ground.
